People say life isn't fair... but isn't that why there are laws? They put everyone on an even playing field and protects people from assholes. If you have a problem, and someone really pisses you off, just go to your local town hall, court hall, or police station and ask questions. Tell them the situation and ask "What can I do?" Or just spend some time online looking for sources. For example, the people living below us are making too much noise with their sound system, and we were told we were screwed. We asked some questions and found some official government resources, and we found out what she is doing is actually illegal due to the fact that she make the noise all day every day. She has done some other stuff like threaten me, but really we just want her out of here. WE WIN!
